Why I Created This Space...
In 2019, I packed up my whole life and moved across the country to chase external happiness.
Only to arrive in 2020, as a new mother, at the beginning of global lockdown, facing separation and near homelessness.
I had nothing but a suitcase and a 4-month-old baby in arms.
That was my sink-or-swim moment.
The breakdown that became my awakening.
The moment that birthed The Woman After.
Since then, I’ve guided women across Australia through breathwork, nervous system rewiring, energetic reprogramming and feminine leadership and in doing so, I realised something soul-deep...
- Transformation doesn’t happen in isolation.
- Women rise faster and higher when they rise together.
- Storytelling IS our medicine.
The After Circle. is my way of holding space for that, a free community where you can begin your journey of becoming The Woman After, in the safety of circle.
