We’ve created a nourishing morning experience that blends:

Guided breathwork, offering a soul-deep reset for your nervous system

Meditation and stillness, so you can pause, ground, and realign

Gentle movement, to release tension and awaken your body

Optional ice baths, for those ready to boost their mood and challenge their edges

Authentic connection, surrounded by like-minded humans who value real presence and heart-led community

As modern-day life continues to speed up our bodies are forced to keep up with the treadmill that never seems to STOP. We are in a time where it's no longer about “hustling our way through life”, instead we are shifting our focus towards realigning with authenticity, heart-led connection and empowerment.

Clear in your mind

You’ll walk away with mental clarity, that precious feeling of space in your head where overthinking softens, mental fog lifts, and scattered thoughts begin to settle. Your nervous system will exhale... literally. Breath by breath, you’ll feel the stress and tension begin to melt from your muscles, your jaw, your shoulders, your chest. You'll notice your body shifting out of fight-or-flight and into a state of rest, regulation, and deep presence. This is the kind of calm that doesn’t just feel good in the moment, it ripples into how you hold yourself, how you parent, show up in your relationships, how you move through your week.

This experience is designed to bring you back to what matters most. To help you drop out of your busy mind and into the quiet wisdom of your heart. In this space, you’ll remember what’s true for you, beyond the roles you play or the expectations placed on you. You’ll feel more connected to yourself, more attuned to your needs and desires, and more aligned with the life you actually want to live.

For the Children

(All Ages - Teens Can Join the Adults)

Should you wish to bring your children along...

While the adults immerse in breathwork, meditation and movement, your children will be lovingly guided through a separate yoga and mindfulness session.
This space is held by a passionate, highly experienced facilitator who specialises in working with children, so you can rest and reset, knowing they’re doing the same.

Children are also welcome to stay by your side, if they prefer. This is a judgement free, all inclusive space to land however that may arrive for you and your family on the day.

Who This Is For

This experience is open to everyone.

Whether you're a parent, grandparent, solo soul, beginner, partner, friend, or seasoned breather, you're invited.
You don't need to have children to attend.
You don't need prior experience in breathwork or meditation.
All you need is a willingness to slow down and be present with yourself.
